Why We Built This Site
Texas provides public access to many dockets and case records, but Uvalde County has no single clerk for every matter. Christina J. Ovalle, the 38th Judicial District Clerk, keeps district civil, criminal, family, juvenile, and related records. Donna M. Williams, the Uvalde County Clerk, is the record route for constitutional County Court and probate matters. Each justice and municipal court maintains its own lower-court cases. The aim is to make those boundaries clear and connect a reader with the proper official source.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site with no affiliation to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits.
- We cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file
- We cannot set, reset, or confirm a hearing
- We cannot remove, seal, or alter a court record
- We cannot certify a docket, order, or document
- We cannot give legal advice about a specific matter
- We cannot promise that a fee, contact detail, or court setting remains current
An official or certified record must come from the clerk or court that maintains the original case. This resource can identify that office but cannot issue the document.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search tools supplied by outside providers. Those providers control their services, prices, data practices, and results. A paid signup reached through such a tool may produce a referral fee that supports free access to this resource. We do not control the fee charged or the information returned.
